{"id":10916,"date":"2021-09-21T10:31:37","date_gmt":"2021-09-21T08:31:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dangerandsafety.it\/?p=10916"},"modified":"2021-09-22T12:50:00","modified_gmt":"2021-09-22T10:50:00","slug":"notifiche-pcn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dangerandsafety.it\/en\/notifiche-pcn\/","title":{"rendered":"PCN Notifications"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n\n<div class=\"ts-row wpb_row vc_row-fluid ts-total-col-1 ts-zindex-0 vc_row container ts-bgimage-position-center_center boomapps_vcrow\">\n\n        \n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\n<div class=\"ts-column wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12 ts-zindex-0 boomapps_vccolumn\">\n\t<div class=\"vc_column-inner  \">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>ECHA ha creato un formato armonizzato di notifica ai <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/dangerandsafety.it\/poison-centres-centro-antiveleni\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">centri antiveleni<\/a><\/span> per trasmettere a questi ultimi le informazioni richieste.<\/p>\n<p>Con l&#8217;armonizzazione delle prescrizioni in materia di informazione, le prescrizioni nazionali esistenti all&#8217;interno dell&#8217;UE sono state sostituite da una serie di prescrizioni in materia di informazione e da un formato di trasmissione dei dati, il formato Poison Centres Notification (PCN).<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L&#8217;OBBLIGO SI APPLICA A TUTTE LE MISCELE CLASSIFICATE PERICOLOSE PER LA SALUTE E\/O PER PERICOLI FISICI<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>ESENZIONI<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Miscele esclusivamente esportate fuori dall&#8217;UE<\/li>\n<li>Miscele radioattive<\/li>\n<li>Miscele soggette a deposito doganale<\/li>\n<li>Miscele utilizzate per ricerca e sviluppo<\/li>\n<li>Medicinali e prodotti veterinari<\/li>\n<li>Cosmetici<\/li>\n<li>Dispositivi medici<\/li>\n<li>Alimenti e additivi alimentari<\/li>\n<li>Miscele classificate solo come gas sotto pressione<\/li>\n<li>Miscele classificate solo come esplosivi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">LA NOTIFICA PCN DEVE ESSERE INVIATA PRIMA DELL&#8217;IMMISSIONE SUL MERCATO<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">DEVE ESSERE EFFETTUATA DAGLI <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>IMPORTATORI<\/strong><\/span> E DAGLI <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">UTILIZZATORI A VALLE<\/span><\/strong> CHE IMMETTONO SUL MERCATO TALI MISCELE<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_separator wpb_content_element vc_separator_align_center vc_sep_width_100 vc_sep_pos_align_center vc_separator_no_text vc_sep_color_mulled_wine\" ><span class=\"vc_sep_holder vc_sep_holder_l\"><span  class=\"vc_sep_line\"><\/span><\/span><span class=\"vc_sep_holder vc_sep_holder_r\"><span  class=\"vc_sep_line\"><\/span><\/span>\n<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>SCADENZE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le scadenze sono legate al concetto di uso finale della miscela, cio\u00e8 l&#8217;ultimo step prima che la miscela venga: smaltita, inclusa in un articolo o trasformata chimicamente.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>1\u00ba Gennaio 2021 per l\u2019uso al consumatore o per uso professionale<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>1\u00ba Gennaio 2024 per l\u2019uso industriale<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per le miscele gi\u00e0 notificate al 1\u00b0 Dicembre 2020 si considera un periodo transitorio fino al 1\u00b0 Gennaio 2025, a meno che non sia necessario un aggiornamento della notifica.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_separator wpb_content_element vc_separator_align_center vc_sep_width_100 vc_sep_pos_align_center vc_separator_no_text vc_sep_color_mulled_wine\" ><span class=\"vc_sep_holder vc_sep_holder_l\"><span  class=\"vc_sep_line\"><\/span><\/span><span class=\"vc_sep_holder vc_sep_holder_r\"><span  class=\"vc_sep_line\"><\/span><\/span>\n<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>QUANDO E&#8217;
