class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Il corso per lavoratori a rischio alto \u00e8 rivolto a quei lavoratori<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>definiti secondo l\u2019art.2 del D.lgs. 81\/08 di aziende classificate a rischio alto.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">L\u2019obiettivo della formazione, in rispetto dell\u2019Accordo Stato Regioni in vigore dal 2012, \u00e8 fornire conoscenze e metodi ritenuti indispensabili per conoscere i rischi dello specifico lavoro del lavoratore di aziende a rischio alto, conoscere l\u2019utilizzo dei dispositivi di protezione individuale e il quadro normativo che disciplina la sicurezza e salute sul lavoro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Il corso <strong><a style=\"color: #333333;\" href=\"https:\/\/dangerandsafety.it\/corso-formazione-stato-regioni-lavoratori\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e8 obbligatorio per tutti i lavoratori<\/a><\/strong> e soci lavoratori che, indipendentemente dalla tipologia di contratto, svolgono un\u2019attivit\u00e0 lavorativa classificata secondo il codice ATECO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Sono inclusi in questa formazione anche quei lavoratori che svolgono un\u2019attivit\u00e0 priva di retribuzione solo al fine di apprendere una professione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Inoltre, tutti i lavoratori devono essere formati entro 60 giorni dalla loro assunzione.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Il Corso completo ha una durata di 16 style=\"color: #000000;\">II\u00b0 lezione: Gioved\u00ec 16\/09\/2021, dalle 14.30 alle 18.30<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">III\u00b0 lezione: Luned\u00ec 20\/09\/2021, dalle 14.30 alle 18.30<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">IV\u00b0 lezione: Gioved\u00ec 23\/09\/2021, dalle 14.30 alle 18.30<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Il Corso di Aggiornamento prevede una durata di 6 ore, ed \u00e8 rivolto agli addetti gi\u00e0 formati con cadenza quinquennale:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In
