An SDS prepared with valid information and in compliance with the legislation is part of both your obligations and your responsibilities towards customers and society; moreover with the right classification you will get rid of unnecessary shipping costs and find a valuable market for your product.<\/p>\n<p>For European Union countries the classification and labeling elements specified in the Safety Data Sheets have completely changed with the CLP Regulation: new elements, hazard and precautionary advice, warning words and danger signs (pictograms) have been used .<\/p>\n<p>Also in Turkey, the Ministry of the Environment and Urbanization (MoEU) published the SEA Regulation on 11 December 2013, in line with the European CLP Regulation. With this regulation, the new classification conditions, the safety data sheet and labeling have become a legal obligation in internal sales.<\/p>\n<p>Each SDS must comply with the 16-point format and be strictly written in the Turkish language.
